Manufactures set iron lie angles according to club length. Generally lie angles vary .5 degree for each 1/2" change in iron length
The formula works well until we get to the wedges. Wedge lie angles stall at 64 degrees regardless of club length

Most manufacturers spec all off the shelf wedges at 64 degrees even though the lengths vary from 35 3/4" to 35" - equates to a .75 degree change in lie angle. Professionals know this and adjust their wedges accordingly.
Your wedges should be adjusted based on length to match your optimal lie angle determined for your set
