Some clubs are not suited for adjusting. We use this list published by GolfWorks as a guide:

If we are unable to adjust your clubs, you can attempt to have the OEM perform the adjustments. Some OEM's will adjust clubs if you provide a waiver. We recommend you make arrangements with a club OEM during the winter months to ensure your clubs are returned by the start of the season.
